Zomato — refund is not coming

I had ordered food on zomato with order number-[protected]

But this order was mistakenly placed at wrong address, as soon as it was accepted i suddenly called the restaurant to not prepare the order because it was accepted and so they told me that they will not prepared it,
As the mentioned address in the order was far around 25-30km from my current address,
After that also i had placed another order at my current address because i was hungry.
But earlier order was then cancelled and zomato is saying that charges that have cut is the order amount.

How can zomato deduct whole amount as food was also not prepared and when my that order declined i was shocked after seeing reason,

In reason it was mentioned that no one was there to take order and my phone was not reachable but when i cancelled i had a talk with zomato customer care then how order can go for delivery and on the top of it, i am living in urban area and also its capital of gujarat and i was constantly using my phone then how my phone was not reachable.

I request zomato to solve my issue and initiate my refund.
