Zomato — refund is not credited after providing refund message

I have ordered a food item through Zomato. but the food item was not available at that store. Then they asked for replacement of that order.but I did not accept that. So they informed me by call that they will cancel the order and refund the money. After that I got a message that"we have initiated your refund against your order id: [protected]." Also they mentioned that the refund will start reflecting in Zomato wallet within 24-48 hours.
But after 5 days the refund is not credited. I have also send feedback regarding this matter.but no response from them.I think Zomato has started cheating in this cheap way. So I am raising the complaint so that I can get my money back and no other person can be cheated such way.
