Zomato — Refund is not showing in my bank account

The refunded amount from zomato is not showing in my bank account although the zomato app says that the refund is processed, I haven't received any amount in my bank account yet nor there's any details about the refund in my bank statement. Am facing the same issue for the 3rd time on zomato.
