I placed an order on 30th april 2019, order no :[protected]. The delivery boy called me saying that he has brought my order (He called me once).
The delivery boy was on the ground floor and my office is on 4th floor and it takes 3-5 mins to reach ground floor and as soon as i reached ground floor (Within 3 mins) the delivery boy was not there i called him and he dint pick my call and i checked that my order was canceled. I called him back from different no and he said he has canceled my order.
The delivery boy did not even wait for 2mins and canceled my order. This is totally wrong deliver boy should understand the situation of the customer.
And similar situation has taken place with my friends i think the delivery boys are doing this intentionality as the undelivered order does not reach back to the restaurant. I have confirmed it from the restaurant also that if customer cancels the order it does not go back to the restaurant.
Moreover the i tried contacting the customer service through chat option and email but did not get any response from them. I have send multiple emails they have not responded to any of my email and the chat option provided on the app is not at all helpful.
Now because of his mistake of the delivery boy i have been charged the full amount without consuming the food. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
