Zomato — Refund issue / Food not received

I ordered food on Zomato, but I did not receive my order. I raised a support ticket, and they asked me to send an email regarding the issue. I sent the email, and first I received an automated reply saying they would respond within 24 hours.

Later, I received a response stating that after reviewing my order details, they are unable to take further action.

My money has been deducted, but I did not receive the food. At that time, I was very hungry, and since it is the end of the month, I do not have much money left to buy food. I hope you understand my situation.
