I have ordered food from a restaurant in Banglore and the delivery address was not correct so I cancelled the order after placing it and the money got deducted. Then I order the same food from the same restaurant with the correct delivery address. I contacted the chat support of zomato and asked them to refund me the amount or deliver the previous order also (food) but the agent denied to refund the money or food. I have paid 800 rs for the food just the double. Ireally want the money to be refunded. This is not the way to treat the valuable customers. It is my hard earned money and they don't give a damn about it. Please help me with the issue. The order id is [protected].
