I placed one order and after that within 10 minutes i cancelled that order. (Vendor:- midfoo, vadodara) because i forgot to apply code.
I got one call from your end and your executive asked me the reason to cancel the order and he also told me that i will get my money back in 24 hours.
After that i again placed the same order with same vendor.
I did not get my money back. I paid with simpl app.
Kindly let me know when will i get my money back?
I also tried to explain the same thing to you chat support and call support executive.
They have no sense to talk on chat.
I am really disappointed with your service.
I placed the same order again there is not any excuse to waste food of vendor and i was near to restaurant so i rushed there and ask him to cancel the previous order.
Vendor did not even start to cook.
