An order from zomato 21/1/2020 and i am not received any order number and payment deduct from my bank. My food was never delivered. Please refund my money immediately. Order processed without promo code even when promo code was selected. Hence we cancelled the order. Zomato deducted the full amount from bank. No refund given and NO FOOD. ZOMATO chat is a joke. They have no authority to give refund. THIS IS A FRAUD and consumer rights should be protected. Software has bugs and user interface is confusing.
