[Resolved] Zomato — refund my amount debited for the reason order not completed | |||
It is brought to our my notice that order placed on 03.07.2018 for rs.304/- was delivered, however the fact is mc donalds had cancelled the order for the reason informed that "cannot deliver from nariman point area" as i stay at girgaon. Further it was informed by the staff of mc donalds that the amount deducted from my account will be credited within a day or two. Now considerable time has passed. But till date amount is not credited to my account. Therefore i want an explaination regarding the matter when the order was cancelled by mc donalds immediately how could zomato deliver the same. Please check the cctv footage of that date which person of zomato had delivered the order to my place. The fact is that, order not delivered but amount was deducted. Such a worst service not expected from you. I want to know the name of the person who has delivered the order to my place. I hereby once again request you to look into the matter and find out where my money is lying, is it with you or mc donalds revert my amount immediately or else i will have to take necessary action.
