Zomato — refund my money for food that has been cancelled

I need my refund back amounting to AED 695. this money has been deducted last 10 October 2018. I ordered thru Zomato with Chow king, and apparently, my order has been cancelled due to internal system error. The money has been deducted and promised to send it back thru my account between 5-7 days guaranteed. But until now I haven't received any.
