Zomato — refund not generated

Zomato custmer care has sent me the message stating that for order no# [protected] a refund of my money has been initiated & i will receive my money in 2-7 days.
Its been more than a week but i have still not received any refund. Neither there customer care helpline is working since that time.

This is 1st time i have face this kind of issue and i have never face this kind of issue with any other food delivery partner. From 1 week onwards i am chating with zomato agents but no one is giving solution to it.
So, i request my money to be refunded into my bank account as soon as possible.
