Zomato — refund not initiated despite putting up issue several times

I had ordered from zomato on 16th june. The restaurant called up to say that they would not be able to deliver the order. But i had made the payment online already. I have been emailing zomato since then about the refund issue. But they've not been addressing the issue and claiming that the order had already delivered. I have also confirmed with the restaurant that order wasn't delivered.

Delivery boy didn't given right order ... I given order Noddles and chicken 65 he didn't given chicken 65 when I was in work I given order my son taken near home he didn't deaivery of chicken...all things in cc camera also
