Zomato — refund not provided

My order got cancelled due to delivery address change . And everytime zomato representatives give me different answer. on mail they wrote, your refund has been initiated on 6th Nov . and in 24 hours it will be proceseed. but on chat they say wait wait and wait. they don t provide the refund reference no. I have read many cases of people being cheated by this fraud scammers zomato . please help me in getting my amou t back .
