Zomato — refund not received after 15 days.

Sir i am order from zomato at nov 11, 2019 at 12:31pm, and waiting for delivery an hour. After an hour new zam zam call me and tell that we are not deliver your food due to some reseon and then they decline my order. And after camplaining many time to zomato support and at till they not refund my money.
Please help me sir.
