Zomato — refund not received for a cancelled order | |||
This is regarding the order id - [protected] I placed an order for food from pune cocktail bar. After 20 minutes of accepting zomato canceled the order saying the restaurant canceled it. I spoke t the restaurant and realized that they were actually halfway through my order preparation when zomato canceled it!. I was hungry and went to the restaurant and collected the order myself and paid in cash. I am now chasing zomato for a refund but they are not refunding my money My order was paid by credit card. Zomato canceled the order but in spite of reminders, they are not giving me my refund. They give me a ref number[protected] for a refund but my credit card does not show any refund. I have ordered a butter chicken of cost 150 nd aftr refrel code of 60 and zomato credit 30 total bill was of 72 but money deducted from account is 102 my extra 30 from credit also deducted that not need i want it back in my credit
