Zomato — refund not received for non delivered order | |||
I ordered a takeout from a restaurant called the night factory on the 15th of august, 2019. My order number is [protected]. The order was never delivered as the restaurant refused to deliver. But is showing as delivered. I spoke with a zomato executive and was assured that the refund will be executed by the end of this current billing cycle. However, neither the refund came nor is zomato providing any help on this matter. I just spoke to another executive and was told that nothing can be done about this now. I want a refund by tomorrow or else i will be forced to escalate this further to consumer court. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Harpreet Email.
