Zomato — Refund not received for safety deposit

My name is Anas AM FE ID (FE2756419)
I have rented a electric bike from entoo on collaboration with zomato and I have given a safety deposit.
But now when I came to return the vehicle they are saying that they didn't received the rent from zomato so they cannot return my deposit amount of Rs2500.00
But zomato have already deducted the amount from my zomato pocket.
Please help me to get the amount.
