Zomato — refund not received form zomato

I had ordered from a restaurant via zomato app. The order was of rupees 758. The restaurant cancelled the order but the amount was deducted from my account. Even after notifying them more than a 6 times on the zomato help service, my refund has not been initiated yet. It has been more than a month now. I am tired of contacting the zomato help service.

I ordered paneer butter masala from mauj restaurant in akola.And the paneer was burnt and the compliment onions and lemon were also missing, .
And you team isn't doing anything about it So iresponsible.
I loadge acomplaint against it but your team is not responding to me.
I hope you will pay attention towards it
