Zomato — refund not received via zomato | |||
I have ordered blueberry cheesecake from love n cheesecake via zomato and it was delivered on time the food was not a good quality so i asked for refund. I received a email that the refund has been initiated but it's been 10 days the order was placed on 12 september n today is 22 sep. Please help me. Order no is [protected]. It is so difficult to reach zomato via there chat support. J dj t believe that it is so hard for me to pay for something which is not in good quality and then for refund i have to struggle so much.
