Zomato — refund not received yet | |
Order id : [protected] order from behrouz biryani... And date 31/05/2018 First my order was successfully received and confirmed in the website so i assumed everything was right and then i received a call from restaurant saying that one of my orders was not served that day so i told him to cancel the order and then i contacted zomato customer help chat he said i would receive the refund in 24-48 hours and he was late in responding to my request. Its been 48 hours and there is nothing... From zomato side not even a mail saying that my refund is initiated. I please request concerned authorities to look into this matter and refund me back my money as soon as possible. Siddu Was this information helpful? | |

Few minutes ago, i had ordered kadhai chicken but when i check my order after the delivery it was kadhai paneer, that was totaly different dish and i had paid more for kadhai chicken . And there customer support is not responding, i am still waiting for revert and till now i didn't have my dinner
