Zomato — refund not yet initiated as the amount was deducted but lament was incomplete so money deducted but no credited money back in the account

There was transaction amount to rs238/- while placing order there was transaction incomplete so the amount was deducted but oder was not placed... It's more than 8 days but still not received the amount back in the bank account... Also checked with bank... They saying they hv initiated all the amount do wat is pending is the beneficiary bank... So kindly check and reverse me with amount
