Zomato — Refund of amount against rejected damaged order

ORDER ID: [protected]

I had rejected the order as the order was bought for delivery in damaged condition. The delivery person called customer support and finally took the order back. I had also received a call from +[protected], where the lady informed me that the amount will be refunded within 3-4 days. However, I have received a mail stating that the order was cancelled and there will not be any refund, and even on the app the order status is mentioned as rejected, but further status says no refund as I cancelled the order.

Also, there is no customer support to raise the issue. Please let me know how I can contact to get this resolved.

Hope you don't expect that customers should just keep quite and accept whatever is delivered as I do not see any support numbers nor email ID to contact any support and the app does not have any open other than to ask "Why was my order cancelled"
