Zomato — refund of amount for the deduction of amount by paytm | |||||
I have ordered food in zomato at 13 July night and amount 123 Rs. paid through paytm and amount debited from paytm but didn't get any confirmation message.. So again made an order with COD payment by your delivery boy Ramini Someshwar Rao([protected]) has delivered but amount which i have paid by paytm not refunded..i have order I'd which i have paid..I want my refund.. This is a very common complaint against Zomato. Shameful behavior of taking money from the account and due to failure on their side, about which customer can not do anything, claim that they can't complete the order as though it were the customer's fault. Money has been taken from our account, Zomato must then take immediate responsiblity to correct and prevent such a thing from re-occurring - telling us "surely we will refund in 5-7 days due to RBI regulations" is lazy garbage as though we were sitting on a mountain of money like the comfy Zomato executives must be. Utterly lousy approach to customers from Zomato.
