Zomato — Refund of money as the cake was not delivered

I had ordered a cake from Zomato (order Id: [protected]) on 15th Mar'25 as the next day was my son's birthday. The cake was not delivered and the amount which I paid (Rs 549) was refunded as promo code for the next order. I again ordered another cake (order id: [protected]) while paying 127 rupees above the amount of promocode (Rs 549). But since the delivery was showing after 12 am thus, I need to cancel that order immediately. I had received 127 rupees against the cancellation of order, but Rs 549 was not refunded in any form either PROMOCODE or as cash (to be utilized for next order). I tried to contact them again and again but I got the same response that Rs 127 has been refunded against cancellation of order. Their customer care didn't even bothered to call back and understand the issue. I know its a small amount but it was necessary to highlight the wrongdoing of Zomato on their part.
