Zomato — refund of money as the transaction declined

I have ordered the food but at the time of payment after entering the otp, the page shows the transaction has been declined However the amount of Rs 95/= has been deducted from my account. After that I again entered the new otp and then it shows the payment was successful and the same amount was again deducted from my account. Kindly refund the amount asap and do the needful please...
