Zomato — refund of my order id: [protected] | |||
Zomato is not refunded my money as following reason, "we have cancelled your order and look forward to serving you again. Since the restaurant had already started preparing your order, we will not be able to refund the amount for this order." Without service, how zomato have taken my money? It is not cooking items which they had already started preparing. These are sweet items. There is no question of wastage of food. I already talked directly with sweet bengal and even they are not aware of order. Then how it is preparation stage? I definitely know that zomato will not pay to the restaurant for this cancelled order. I have order on 2:06 pm and ordered cancelled 2.07 pm. Less than one minute, no restaurant can start cooking/preparing these sweets in world. Please look on this matter seriously, they just cheated the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
