Zomato — refund of the cancelled order | |||
I have placed an order on 9th June 7:36 p.m at Saundhee Potli restaurant but I cancelled it within few minutes because I forgot to apply coupon code. I again placed the same order( order number [protected]) at the same restaurant 2 minutes later after applying coupon code. So, neither food got wasted nor restaurant/zomato bear a loss. So, how come you are charging cancellation charges when there is no impact or loss to anybody ??. I want my amount to be refunded. Thanks, Rohit Was this information helpful? | |||
