Zomato — refund promised not processed , rotten food delivered

I ordered From Burger Cafe through Zomato and I received food which was rotten, I called the delivery boy and asked him to take a look of what I received, he confirmed that the food is not fresh and rotten and even called the restaurant to complain about this, I asked for help to Zomato in form of email, I was attended and I was asked to wait 24&48 hrs to get a refund but after 3 days of continuous email, now in an denied a refund, I have all the email transcripts, chat, tweets of refund as proof and as well the voice recording of Zomato delivery boy of Confirming the ordered Food was rotten, its being 7 days I am not provided with refund
