Zomato — Refund refused by Zomato for a stale cake | |
Order Number [protected] Order from Cakes and More ( Goregaon Branch ) was hard, stale and had a fermented taste . My stomach is already aching after 10 mins of eating just a small piece . Ordered it for my Kanha on the eve of Janamashtami . Complained to Zomato . They apologised but refused to refund the payment . I have submitted a 1 star review to the cake shop as well . I will be claiming for medical bills if any later . But right now I demand a refund from Zomato as they are the mediators . Was this information helpful? | |
