Zomato — refund request for order that app shows delivered but I haven't received yet.

I have made an order from zomato and made the payment online and my order was on way but then it showed order received in my app but i havn't received my order then i tried calling the agent named 'jagan' and he is not receiving any of my call and i called him more than 15 times in last 20 mins.
I need my money back and take strict action against the guys like 'jagan' who cheats.
My order id is [protected] order made from ' burger love' service provoder zomato.
