Zomato — refund was not initiated even after the given time band 5-7 days is over

Order no: [protected]. I order on zomoto for which the status came as delivered. I contacted customer support and they said that payment reversal has been initiated and u will get mny within 5-7 days. I contacted support again after a week.. And some exexutive arrogantly said you have to wait you'll get it by 16th.. But today the date is 19th of september i have contacted support again and they start sending those scripted msgs that i'll get my payment in 5 to 7 days. And gave me a mail id to drop an email. This is so annoying for the order you kept which was not fulfilled either for that thing im justing wasted 2 weeks for these. Such an worst customer support ever seen.
