Zomato — refusal to provide correct order replacement | |||
I ordered a waffle with additional toppings of banana and whipped cream. They delivered a plain incorrect waffle to me with no toppings at all. When i started chatting with their delivery executive and asked them to take the incorrect order back as i will not be eating the wrong order and provide me with my correct order he straight away refused and said all he can do is give me a "promo code" of inr 30. I do not want any promo codes. I do not want to eat a wrong order. All i want is to receive my correct order, the food that i chose to order and pay for and i am tired of zomato pretending that giving promo codes is an acceptable solution when it is not. As a customer all i want is that i get delivered the food that i selected, ordered and paid for and not incorrect and incomplete orders. They refused to replace it with the correct order and they refused to give me bank refund and take the wrong order back. Was this information helpful? | |||
