Zomato — refuse to refund for hoax restaurant and rancid food. #gachkhaana - hyderabad

Keeping all the rosy and comforting lines apart, let's get to the point! I i used zomato - you ought to take the responsibility and are answerable too.

I ordered palak paneer & missi roti : i received shahi paneer (In lack of palak paneer) & a soggy undercooked mix veg. Paratha

#1. How on earth a restaurant can deny upon calling them back to the same no. (+91 [protected]) they called from? If it's a wrong no., how they got to know my order, strange? Where on the first call he insists on changing the order in absence of what i ordered (Palak paneer) - check the order history. Is it a hoax? How come that restaurant never called me back? Why their contact no is not displayed on your page??

#2. I wish if you could taste the # they sent: so called, shahi paneer was like a baby vomit with some frozen paneer. Paratha, which i never ordered looked like an old smelly rug! You definitely can make out what a missi roti looks like?? It was rancid and dismal.

Would you pay for such dog #? No. No one will and should! How such # holes are on your portal? No, fitment or monitoring?

Lastly, i was chatting with you guys for close to 3 hours. And no one bothered to call?? Please don't shoot with excuses. There were instances, where your team calls twice for same order delivery confirmation. I mean, is it needed? Utilize resources properly.

*and in another episode on 24 aug - the food was over spicy and delivered cold. What did you do about it except chatting like with your gf/bf. Come on! Show some respect to customers. Put people who can act upon issues rather than chatting.

What i need: complete refund + compensation for the mess i have been through, period

We would request you to share the order with us so that we can get this checked from our end and provide you with a resolution at the earliest
I placed my order at 4.10 and it showed the restaurant accepted it and at 5:35 they cancel the order. Upon complaining against their weird cancellation after 1.5 hours they send me a credit of 50 bugs as a token of apology.

What kind of brand service is this?
