Zomato — Regarding don't refunding my money and then blocking my account

I placed order from Zomato on 8th Feb of rs 939.
The order wasn't placed but amount was deducted.
I complaint so many times but they didn't refund the amount.
I even contacted my bank to see if it was due to server issue they said payment was made and Zomato has to refund the order.
Today is 26th they didn't refund yet.
After complaints they just blocked my account shamelessly without even informing me.
Height of shamelessness.
