I recently ordered a bulk food from zomato partner KFC whereas the order id was [protected]. I wanted for around 55 mins to get the ordered delivered whereas again I recieved an incorrect order because 4dips were missing and the boxe of smokey chicken and bucket was squized with each other. I contacted to zomato support and I told my concern whereas I was appointed to a support executive named Afifa Khatoon, without knowing the number of dips added 50 rs as a token amount. If you notice in KFC portal, the cost for two dips are 59.05 INR, whereas for 4 dips it is 99.05 INR. So on what basis do the representative has returned only 50 rupees whereas I am in a huge loss of 4 dips and scrambled food bod box recieved as well as I spoiled my complete reputation in front of my family friend for ordering via zomato and also they wasted my time of my new year for an hour to compensate the half or full amount. I am hereby declaring that the solution was not really good at all, whereas zomato took my money for 4 dips and scrambled package of my food. As a conclusion I am not going to order any food or going to be the part of zomato membership anymore, whereas I will raise the same concern to the consumer section and to all my relative, official friends and family to be aware of such concerned services which zomato provides.
I want my complete refund for wasting my occasion time, money and food behind this stupid querry
