Zomato — regarding my refund

Zomato called me and said your order id [protected] cancelled for some technical issue and said to wait 7 days for refund. And customer care women cut the phone before listening me this is so ruthless behavior. Afterwards i tried customer care no. Many times but they didn't respond. I want my money back as soom as. I have ordered fish biryani but they have delivered chicken Biryani. When I contact to zomoto customer care, they didn't given proper response. And they telling whatever you order but finally you have eat what we have delivered.

Zomato blocked my account without informing me. I even don’t know what’s my mistake. Zomato refunded the money in wallet when I requested that the food which ordered was spoiled. I informed them many times but they’re not responding. I don’t know what’s my mistake and the reason for blocking.
