Zomato — Regarding Order Placed on 3 Aug 2022 @4:37

Ordered food on 3 Aug 2022 @4:37 which was delayed for long. Spoken to 4 executives from zomato but they also wasted my time. 1st excutive assured if food does not reach to me by 5:40, it would be free. Second executive watsed time and could not do anything.
Third executive spoke a lot, but did nothing except wasting my time. He was forcing me to accept the order which was already delayed by an hour and I had ate something already. Now the question is, how come Zimato be so irrisponsible for wasting customers time. I was hungry and placed order after coming from my office. I trusted zomato as well as restaurent to deliver it on time so that i could eat and relax.
Zomato executive wasted my 1 hour by only talking and doing nothing. Please take strict action against them and restaurent. I am also expecting zomato to compensate for this blunder and breaking my trust.
