[Resolved] Zomato — regarding payment and refunds | |||||
I paid for Kadak misal but order was not placed by zomato to restaurant, Payment made by me is successful, but after payment it hasn't redirected to zomato. I paid to zomato and it is received by ATOM technology. I also tried to contact zomato but zomato's chat support not working today. Zomato can't deny my refund because i mailed them thrice and also called up restaurant regarding this issue since it is not that much useful for me. If this happens then how can someone trust ZOMATO. I have ordered biriyani from spice and chilly's, it showed payment is successfull but order is not placed by zomato to restaurant. I have called restaurant, but they mentioned to contact zomato. Chat support of zomato is not working. Money is received by Atom Technologies and already deducted from my bank account. But after payment it has not redirectd to zomato. So i want refund.
