Zomato — Regarding promo code not visible

I am a new customer at Zomato today only opened my account and haven't ordered any product till now when I am trying to order it is shown no promo codes are available really I am a new customer at Zomato and in my first order I am facing this kind of issue I am supposed to get 50% off and free delivery on my first order but no promo code is available it is showing which is not acceptable I am attaching the relevant screenshot and solve my problem as soon as possible.I am attaching relevant screen shot I was supposed to get a reply within 12 hrs more than 24hrs passed no reply from Zomato end.My ticket I'd
