Zomato — regarding refund and back to back fault

I ordered today rotis and paratha from zomato restaurent chawla chikan.in but the food was totally uncooked so the sent me two promo codes one ₹111 and other ₹34. Now after that i ordered using promo code ₹111 + 56 from my account and order was accepted. After waiting sometime i called zomato valet for the status of my order. He told me that restaurent is closed. Then i called the restaurent number given but the person told me thet he doesn't own any restaurent that number was either fake or restaurent was not there. So i had to cancel my order. I got ₹56 in my account but zomato is not send me ₹111 neither providing another promo code. My ₹111 are wasted and i didn't get my food. I need concession for all this trouble. I had to sleep hungry. I can share screenshot for further inquiry.
