Zomato — regarding refund because food was not delivered.

My son ankit sahni ordered food on 17.11.2018 with order no [protected] from canada. We went out of home for half an hour, we didn't get food delivery. We have not received any call. I was trying your customer service no. But was unable to connect with you. Kindly refund the money or send us the ordered food after informing us.

I am registered user of zomato, a leading company. I would like to inform you sir that i order on ZOMATO for piza but order does not deliver and my bank account is debited by Rs.109/-.
