Zomato — regarding refund of money for cancellation order in zomato

I have ordered briyani and i was waiting for nearly one hour. After that restaurant says the food is over. But my money is deducted. I asked delivery person to cancel my order. They too cancelled it but still they didn't refund my money. No customer care numbers are working. Very poor support. I have called one customer care number but they are not picking up. Really poor service. Kindly help me to refund my money
