[Resolved] Zomato — regarding the deficiency of service | |||||
Hi zomato, I placed an order 25th june 2018 at 10:05pm. I recived a message saying that it is delivered but the order has never came to me. I tried mutiple ways to reach customer service and found that there is only way available is to chat. I tried to chat but did not get any response. However when i kept sending some message a representative responded once and never replied after that. What a poor customer service is this? A customer can't complaint about his issue and customer service has only chat as way to be reached which doesn't respons. I will put this everywhere. I want money back now. I have paid for nothing that i got. I want a compentation for the defecency of service provided by you. Third class customer service.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
