Zomato — regarding unethical deduction of order amount as penalty charges | |
Order i'd :- [protected] I have recording of the chat with the restaurant owner he had committed that he hadn't started prepared the food still you are saying that we are unable to process the refund of the order that u placed. Now i have witness and proof which states restaurant hadn't started preparing the food still you have wrongly and illegally deducted the price by declaring the reason that restaurant had started preparing the food and which have thoroughly proved that you have wrongly and unethically deducted the price. I want the full refund otherwise in that condition i will file a p. I. L in the jhajjar consumer court. Because if restaurant have prepared the food and it is wasted then u are eligible but restaurant clearly said that "भाई आपने आर्डर तभी कैंसिल कर दिया था इसीलिए मैंने किचन में आगे फॉरवर्ड ही नही किया आपका आर्डर". And when i asked him he said bro even zomato will ask i will confirm them that "कि मैंने ऑर्डर आगे दिया ही नही था कि आपका खाना बनने से पहले ही कैंसलेशन रिक्वेस्ट आ गयी"".
