Today we ordered food from KMS hakkim factory..and we ordered family pack biriyani and 1 kg biriyani...when we opened the plastic bucket the food was not good and it was smeshy and we had some smell in tha biriyani...and in 1 kg biriyani packet also...we did not expect this kind of low quality food from Zomato...full of money waste... Kindly refund my full amount in my bank account...and I registered this complaint to the customer executive...he was not solving our issue and he gave me the email id to send our problem...Then that customer care executive is working Zomato...Ok kindly refund my full amount in my bank account..

Updated by Dr.Sheila No money was refunded.I want my money back..Ur customer executive is very worst in dealing this problem...Of my money is not refunded..I have to take this issue to the customer court for resolving and I vil sue a case against Zomato and I have ur customer executives chat is with is me..I have wasted my money and I won't leave this issue...I want my money back
