[Resolved] Zomato — registering a restaurant | |||
I had been chasing for registering our restaurant in hyderabad, and even provided documents to akhil reddy and a few. First the staff who has been in touch with me, was more interested in selling his advertisements, rather then registering the restaurant. Despite sending the documents, he neither responds or picksup calls from us. This is against the base requirement of showcasing a restaurant to the customer. Also, it appears becoming a monopoly, zomato team takes their income earning cows like unwanted filth, which they should learn to come out. Their staff are neither professional nor customer friendly. They earn from every restaurant roughly around 30% and still they do not respect that. Was this information helpful? | |||

My order ZTD18A09638D43D8A2ED was cancelled by zomato stating non availability of delivery boy. I was told that refund will me made to me. However I have not received any refund. I tried to tell this on live chat but there too I was only given assurances. Kindly refund my money or I have no option but to go to consumer court
