Zomato — rejected offer refund not given | |||||
Well i order food through this app and instead of getting my food i get error order rejected and when i enquire about the refund i am told that i was at fault so i will not be refunded. Well as far i can see my fault was that i used this app. Here are some screen shots that show that my order was cancelled prematurely due to which i have to pay for the food i didnt ate. Not only my time was wasted waiting for food it is still being wasted talking to zomato people on email support who are not being helpful. i can understand if food was prepared and it can be charged as it cannot be returned but they should have waited atleast for 45 minutes to cancel my order as it was expected 45 minutes to deliver . and a phone call should be made before cancelling which was not made too Was this information helpful? | |||||
