Order ID :[protected]. I had ordered from zomato yesterday and by mistake my order got cancelled. I had paid through paytm and the whole amount got deducted as penalty for cancellation. When I asked to chat support to either reorder my order or give me refund they didn't help me. I want my refund back of Rs. 1086.25. Penalty doesn't mean the whole amount and that too when cancellation has been done by mistake or accidentally. I want my refund back or I'll issue a complaint regarding zomato in consumer forum and rate it very badly and also ask my friends to stop using zomato by telling them about my experience
