Zomato — Request for Reactivate my account

Hi, my zomato ID FE924257 was terminated due to 13 denials due to phone and bike reasons and now I realize this seriously during current inactive situations and hence I will not do this again in upcoming orders, so request you to give me another chances to improve my performance. Thanks for your advance support on this.
