Zomato — request to refund my amount due to food haven't delivered me.

Myself b. S. Prakash rao from hyderabad, yesterday we had booked food order. But after some time food ddnt delivered to us. But in your site it was mentioning that food already delivered. I dont understand what kind of service you people are providing?
